1. Full-bore designed, can be widely used on pipelines that need to be cleaned by tube cleaner, and never cause block or damage to valve and the fittings.
2. Floating seat structure provides soft-hard sealing.
3. Metal to metal seal: Valves will be deposit-welded with hard sealing alloy directly.
4. Unique top-assembled design enables all trims be replaced in line.
5. The chamber is entirely isolated from medium when the valve is fully opened or closed. Under any accident, it's possible to remove malfunction, drain and replace packing after releasing pressure.
6. When leakage happens around sealing face accidentally, sealing gum should be injected right after releasing the pressure through grease injection, so as to carry out further measure. (Attention: This method can only be used to cope with emergency before carrying out any measure. )
7. Because of the absolutely bidirectional sealing, when the pressure of the valve rises abnormally, making it impossible to vent the pressure directly through the sealing face, the security of pipelines and facilities can be ensured by the safety valve installed on the body.
8. The valve is designed to be fireproof, in accordance with JB/T6899 and API-6FA, and can be installed at any angle.
9. Manually operated valve can be operated by both handwheel and gearwheel. The selection of autocontrol actuator depends on specific requirement, such as pneumatic equipment, fluid drive and electric equipment, in order to control the valve locally or distantly or through computer. The valve can be used as quick interception valve when it is pneumatic, and it only takes less than 30 seconds to finish the whole process.
10. The valve can be flanged or butt welded. GB, JB, ZB, SH, HG, CJ and ISO, ANSI standards can be adopted according to specific requirements.
