1. Adopting advanced ball valve and seat hardening technology
The valve ball and seat of our company's metal seat ball valve are full used metal to metal sealing way, to ensure reliable sealing under various temperatures and pressures, according to the customer's different operating conditions and requirements, be capable of adopting a variety of advanced valve ball and seat hardening technology, including supersonic spray, Ni-based spray welding, special surface hardening, hard alloy spray welding as well as high-strength and high-hardness ceramic materials and so on, surface's hardness of valve ball and seat generally can reach above HRC60, up to a maximum of more than HRC74. Materials for valve sealing surface's temperature can reach 540 degrees, up to 980 degrees. Anchoring strength of materials can reach over 10000PSI. Materials for valve sealing surface also have good performances such as friction resistance, impact resistance. Our company's metal seat ball valves are applied to the vast majority of harsh working conditions.
2. Preventing valves from cutting off
Under high-temperature working conditions, when caused by thermal expansion and contraction it easy to cut off, resulting in the valve unable to open. Our company's metal seat ball valves adopt the sealing construction of disc spring loaded, parts'thermal expansion under high temperature can be absorbed by disc spring or spring, so ensure that valve will not be cut off, and be able to flexibly open and close under high temperature.
3. Excellent sealing performance
Adopting unique lapping process of valve ball, by rotating of balls with grinding apparatus in different spatial, to make valve balls' surface achieve high roundness and smooth, so sealing performance of valve fully meet or exceed standards.
4. Naturally anti-static construction design
Metal seat ball valves' body, seat or valve ball and so on, whose metal parts all tightly seal, naturally form electrostatic channel. Thus, metal seat ball valves have no use for anti-static device.
5. Double block and bleed functions
Our metal hard seat ball valves generally adopt seat sealing construction in front of the ball. Metal hard seat ball valves' two seats can independent off the medium of inlet and outlet, to achieve double bloking function. When ball valves are closed, even if valves' both ends of the import and export under pressure at the same time, valves' lumen and channels of both ends can also be blocking with each other, and the rest of the medium within the lumen can discharge through bleed valves.
Metal seat floating ball valves adopt seat sealing construction after the ball seat sealing construction. Generally adopt one-sealed, with a flow in valve body.
We may adopt our patent construction of Fangyuan double-sealed according to the customer's special request.
