THINKTANK's compact LE range of two-port control valves coupled with the PN9000 pneumatic actuator or EL7000 electric actuator, have been designed with the needs of equipment manufacturers in mind. The valves feature a self centring clamp in place seat ring for easy maintenance and excellent shut off performance. The range is suitable for steam, gas or liquid systems and contains options normally only associated with higher cost solutions. A standard chevron ring seal with high temperature graphite or bellows seal option, and a guided valve plug stem for low friction operation and lateral stress support are offered. Pressure ratings to PN16 and valve sizes from DN15 to DN100 are available in cast iron, SG iron, carbon steel, stainless steel or NACE construction, while the soft seal option provides a bubble tight shut-off to ANSI class V1.
