Product Introduction
Electric Ball Valve is a rotary ball valve by turning 90° , with the characteristics of fine sealing performance
, large flow capability, small flow resistant coeffience, simple structure and long service life. The valve passage is equle to the connecting pipe, and the meidum can nearly flow through it without the loss.
By connected with electric actuator, the valve is widely applicable for the working fields such as petroluem, chemical industry, metallurgy, paper making, power station etc. It can control not only the medium like the air, liquid and steam, but also the meidum containing the fibers.
ProductCharacteristics
1. Small flow resistance. The ball valve has smaller flow resistance among all valves. The flow resistance is very small, even if the valve is reduced bore.
2. Thrust shaft bearing can reduce the fricative torque of valve shaft in order to make the shaft operation balance.
3. The seat has a good sealing performance with adopting PTFE as te seal ring. And the sealing performance can be better with the increase of pressure.
4. The stem can only work by rotary motion, and the packing is not easy to destroy. So the stem has a reliable sealing performance.
5. PTFE has the features of self-lubriaction and reduces the fricative loss with the ball to make the service life long.
6. The lower-loading Stem with backward sealing construction not only prevents the handle form backing-out but also ensure the reliability of the scaling part of the handle.
