Wedge Type Pressure Seal Bonnet Gate Valve:
The type of on-off valve has the advantage of maintaining high integrity of components, traceability, process controls and tests that meet the demands of particular customers.
1. Materials:
Carbon steels, low alloy steels(including the widely used modified 9% chrome alloys), austenitic stainless steels, nickel alloys.
Materials are either to ASTM/ASME standards or to EN standards, either harmonized or calculated to design conditions.
2. Pressue classes:
The pressure classes are normally ranging from 900# to 1500#, 2500# and 4500#. And the 4500# being manufactured only in the forged body construction.
Pressure classes are to ASME standard.
3. Size:
Size range depends on pressure class rquirements.
