RV1000 series subminiature electric control valve is a novel subminiature electric integrated linear electric control valve, which adopts a FT1000 subminiature electric actuator servo amplifier, takes a 220V AC power source as drive power source, receives standard 4~20m ADC control signal and drives a motor to drive a speed reducer to run throufh the control of the servo amplifier to generate an axial thrust and make a valve control of the servo amplifier to generate an axial thrust and make a valve plug move correspondingly to change the openness of the valve aand reach the regulation of the technical parameters like pressure, temperature, flow, liquid level, etc, thereby realizing the purpose of automatic control. The servo amplifier also outputs one 4~20m ADC valve position feedback output signal corresponding with the displacement of the actuator.
The RV1000 series subminiature electic control valve adopts the integrated electric actuator(an external servo operator can also be selectes when a remote manual operating function, internally installed servo ampliflier and convenient operation and use. The valve can be electric power, heating ventilating and air conditioning, meatallurgy, light industry, etc, in particular suitable for taching and science research insruments of colleges and universites; Moreover, the minimum caliber of the valve plug is 3mm.
