Designed to API 6D specification. Valves are applicable for oil and gas transportation pipeline, oil field, airport, refinery and chemical industry.
Full thru-conduit port is suitable for pigging and wiping. Seats and gate surface can be self cleaned.
Floating Seat: The seat ring is installed with springs to insure constant contact with the gate insuring a perfect seal.
Bi-directional Seal: The valve can provide reliable seal in either direction of downstream and upstream.
Double block and bleed (DBB) Valve with two seating surfaces which in the closed position, blocks flow from both valve ends when the cavity between the seating surfaces is vented through a bleed (drain plug) connection provided on the body cavity.
A visible gate-position indicator rod and a stem protector are provided as a standard feature on handwheel, gearbox and motor operated valves. It's easy to know the gate position at any time.
Stellite alloy can be deposited on sealing surface of seat tings and slab gate to be applicable for special working applications.
Perfect internal and external coatings to meet various application requirements. Special design to meet higher or lower temperature service.
Actuators shall be equipped upon request.
