Three lever butterfly valve
l Three lever butterfly valves are suitable for pipelines of hot blast furnace system and preheat furnace system, served as cold blast valve, gas valve, combustion valve, air valve, chimney valve, used for shut-off valve instead of gate valve.
l There in no relative glide between seal surface when opening or closing the valve, so that it can guarantee the long life and reliability.
l Butterfly valve with welded construction, it has the property of small volume, light in weight, maintenance convenience.
l Three lever butterfly valve are divided into two types:double support type and single support type. Marked "s" means double support type.
Vertical disc middle shaft butterfly valve
l This series of valves are suitable for pipelines of high temperature gaseous(gas,air),served as regulating equipment. The valve has obvious linear variation regulating function when the rotating angle is from 8 to 82 degrees.
l This series of butterfly valves adopt fabricated construction, with short structure length and light weight.
l This series of valves have a good whole rigidity. It is convenient for the transportation.
l Various of driving mode can be chosen, with reliable property and flexible movement.
Automatic regulating butterfly valve
l Suitable for gas and air pipelines of hot blast furnace, served as air regulating valve or gas regulating valve.
l Automatic regulating butterfly valve with vertical disc, adjusting angle 0-90°,linear variation is obvious when adjust angle is 8°~ 82°.
l "z" means the valve regulated automatically.
l Main material:Q235 and high quality alloy.
Eccentric inclined disc butterfly valve
1. Suitable for gas/air pipelines of blast furnace's waste heat recycle system, served as shut-off butterfly valve and adjusting valve.
2. There are two driving modes: manual driving and motor driving.
3. Adopt laminar seal, the sealing effect is good.
Double eccentric butterfly valve
1. This series of butterfly valve is suitable for high temperature gaseous (gas\air) pipelines used for on/off equipment. The medium direction is unilateralism, pressure suffering direction is according to the arrow of the drawing.
2. This series of butterfly valves adopt fabricated construction, with short structure length and light weight.
3. Sealing structure of the butterfly valves adopts special metal sealing ring.
4. The end of shaft's sealing performance is reliable and no sealing lubrication oil/grease is required.
5. Various of driving mode can be chosen, with reliable property and flexible movement.
