1\General: Check Valve belongs to automatic valve. Shut depend on the flow of medium to automatic open and close the valve disc, which mainly used for one-way flow in the pipeline of medium. It only allowed medium to flow one direction in order to prevent the medium in pipeline to backflow.

2.3 Working principal:
Check Valve can automatically prevent the medium to backflow. The valve clack can shut depend on the fluid pressure difference to automatic close, which in the case of the inlet side pressure below the side of diaphragm, to prevent the medium to backflow.
3\Characteristic:
3.1 The characteristic is structural short of valve body, small volume, light weight, graceful shape, rational structure, ect;
3.2 The characteristic is long service life, reliable performance, ect.
4\Notice for maintenance, installation and use
4.1 The valve should be stored in a dry, ventilated storehouse. Please make sure the handling procedure carefully to prevent from destroy of the valve gasket.
4.2 Please make sure the product logo is match with the requirement before install the valve. It should be checked that the valve cavity and the sealing face are clean or not, if not, please clean it.
4.3 Please pay attention to the direction of the medium when install the valve, and make sure to keep the direction of the medium and the showed direction on the body consistent, if not, it will block the flow of the medium.
4.4 All the gasket is made of special rubber, if broken please contact us.
4.5 If the valve plate can not be opened or closed, please check whether there is any extra article between the valve plate and hinge pin of active plate, or any extre article inside of the valve.
