Structure:

The main valve is mainly composed of valve seat, main valve, piston, cylinder liner, spring and other parts. Pilot valve is mainly composed of the seat, disc, diaphragm, spring, adjusting spring and other parts.
Set the downstream pressure by adjusting the spring pressure. The diaphragm senses the outlet pressure changes. Through pilot valve adjustment, the reducing valve keeps downstream pressure constant by reducing it to desired pressure, the desired pressure can be set according to the needs. The downstream pressure keeps constant and won't change by the upstream pressure changing or upstream flow rate changing. Mainly used for steam piping, as pressure reducing and sustaining valve.
