We test the gate valve one by one

This is the machine for the anealing of the gate valve.
The temperature of heating is up to 800 °C, and then let it down to 300 °C, in order to reduce the influence pressure and protect valves from deformation.

DN50~DN200, testing by air, the pressure is 1.76 Mpa
>DN200, testing by water, the pressure is 2.4Mpa
The gate valves are tested by 2 times before leaving our factory.
The fist time is in the assembly process, and valves are tested one by one.
The second time is before packaging, we use the method of spot check, 5%. Once found problems, 100% testing.
So we can guarantee 95%~98% zero-leaking.
