According to actual demand, bottom structure of RV ZSF(H) pneumatic discharge valve is designed to be flat bottom and valve work modes is provided. Inner cavity of valve body is provided with a scout-resistant and corrosion-resistant seal ring. The seal ring can protect valve body from medium scouring and corrosion when the valve is opened instantly. The seal ring is specially treated to make its surface of valve disc. Seal pair applies linear sealing to guarantee seal reliability and prevent scaring. The valve is mainly used for bottom discharge, emptying, sampling and shut-off operation without dead zone in reaction kettles, storage tanks and other vessels.
