The pneumatic central-line butterfly valve designed as integral structure, operated with HAT penumatic actuator, has such advantages of powerful functions, light weight, simplicity, large flowing capacity and etc. This valve is widely used in the automatic control system of food, environmental protection, light industry, petroleum, papermaking, chemical industry, education, research equipment, power industry and etc.
Product Characteristics:
Ball valve of inner thread connected type and butt welding type. Is divided into integral structure, two-plate, or three-plate. Valve body cast by use of Taiwan advanced technology, with reasonable structure and good figure. Valve base is of elastic sealing structure, reliable, easy to start. Valve rod adopts reverse sealing down-built structure, when valve chamber happen to abnormal temperature rise, the valve rod will not be burst out. Theconnection mode of two-plate, three-plate ball valve has butt welding (BT) and socket welding (SW), both can assemble with ISO support platform and lock device. It is able to set 90° Switch positioning mechanism, add lock to avoid wrong operation, if necessary.
