RV ZQSP(M)series electric control valve takes a 220V power source as a power to receive standard 4~20m ADC or 1~5VDC signal, and is controlled by a servo amplifier to make a motor drive a speed reducer to run so as to generate an axial thrust and make a valece plug move correspondingly to change the openness of the valve, thereby realizing the adjustment of the technical parameters like pressure, temperature, flow, liquid level, etc. It is broadly applied into the automation control systems of industries like electric power, metallurgy, oil, chemical industry, light industry, etc.
The single-seat control valve has the advantage of small leakage; Hower, its unbalanced force is larger; Therefore, the working pressure difference is not suitable to be over high. As a balanced valve plug structure is adopted by a sleeve control valve, the unbalanced thrust acted on a valve stem is less, the allowable pressure single-seat control valve, the sleeve valve has better plug stability, and is not easy to generate vibration; When the using temperature is changed, the leakage volume of the sleeve valve is not significantly different from that during normal temperature.
